During your initial assessment, your clinician will take time to understand your primary concerns and goals. They will perform a series of assessments to identify the root cause of your issue. Based on the findings, a personalized treatment plan will be created, which includes hands-on therapy and a custom exercise prescription tailored specifically to your needs and goals.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients who may need it.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

The number of treatments varies depending on the individual and the nature of the injury. On average, most clients require between 6-10 sessions to address the issue.
However, based on the clinician's assessment and your specific needs, the number of appointments may vary to ensure optimal recovery and long-term results.

No, a referral is not required to book an appointment. However, if you are using insurance, we recommend checking with your provider to see if a referral is needed to have the appointment covered.

Yes, it is common for our clients to pay out of pocket for treatments, especially if they do not have extended health insurance coverage or if their coverage has been fully used. Our clients who are active or engage in sports as a hobby, investing in regular treatments is often a priority for them to maintain peak physical condition and prevent injuries.
However, many clients use insurance benefits to cover part or all of their treatment costs. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your coverage.
